This was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal- doesn’t it just sound wonderful?
I tripled it though so that my mom and brother would also get to experience the yumminess-
I came up with my own frosting recipe though!
I combined a heaping spoonful of Jello brand sugar/fat-free cheesecake pudding with a heaping spoonful of plain Greek yogurt. Then, I added a few dribbles of maple syrup, a touch of vanilla, and stirred it all up! Sorry for my not-so specific measuring directions, but with ingredients this yummy, you can’t really mess up. After generously coating the cinnamon rolls, I sprinkled a little cinnamon-sugar on top. PERFECTION!
