Greek yogurt and almond milk gives this smoothie a good dose of protein, important for muscles recovering from a long run!
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 and 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or more, depending on how thick you want the texture to be)
- 2 cups almond milk (I like to use a slightly sweetened version)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Blend well and enjoy! (Makes 2 smoothies)
