Strawberry Recovery Smoothie

Greek yogurt and almond milk gives this smoothie a good dose of protein, important for muscles recovering from a long run!

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 and 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or more, depending on how thick you want the texture to be)
  • 2 cups almond milk (I like to use a slightly sweetened version)
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Blend well and enjoy! (Makes 2 smoothies)
